Sinjajevina is a vast Montenegrin mountain that stretches for a length of 35 to 40 km and a width of 10 to 15 km. An important factor contributing to the unique character of Sinjajevina is its vegetation cover, primarily consisting of grasslands. With an area of pastures totaling 120,000 hectares, Sinjajevina ranks among the top pastoral and livestock-raising mountains. The northeastern part of Sinjajevina belongs to the municipality of Mojkovac, and it is where the spring and summer huts of its herders are located. In addition to these, in this part of Sinjajevina, you can also find the Bjelopavlići huts, which were allocated to them by Prince Nikola after the liberation wars.
